Schedule Changes

For changes (times, pick‑up or drop‑off locations), please call (252) 674‑1812 or (252) 281‑2137 by 5:00 pm the day before your reservation.

Cancellations

• Call by 5:00 pm the day before to cancel without fee.
• Same‑day cancel, driver NOT en route: $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Same‑day cancel, driver en route: $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Verified medical emergency: cancellation fee waived.

Late Arrival or No Show

• If you’re not at the pick‑up location at your time, the driver will call.
• If you answer with a valid reason, we’ll wait 15 minutes at no charge; every 15 minutes after that: $10.00 wait fee.
• If no answer, we’ll call your emergency contact. Verified medical emergency: $25.00 driver convenience fee; otherwise: $50.00 cancellation fee.

Return Pick‑up

• Medical appointment: if delay ≤ 30 minutes, no change fee; if > 30 minutes, $20.00 change fee.
• Ancillary appointment: change fee $25.00.

Payments

• Declined card (online or before ride): we’ll request another form of payment.
• If no alternate payment, invoice issued within 2 days including a $25.00 late fee; due within one week.
• Returned check fee: $35.00; balance due within one week by money order, cash, or card by phone.
• Existing or new reservations will not be fulfilled until any prior balance is paid in full.

Severe Weather

We do not operate in severe weather conditions. We’ll notify you of cancellations and refund if you cannot reschedule.
